Transmuting Negativity-Merge with Source Self

Energy Exercise

 

So, repeating after me.                [repeat phrases after Michael]

God, as you know, I’ve been doing one hell of a job

In exploring fear,

So I can understand and master it.

And show this world another way of being,

Through my life’s example,

The path of peace, of Love.

I’ve done a hell of a job.

Good for me.

I am guilty of nothing.

I release from every cell, every level of my being,

All the negative thoughts and energies I have been exploring.

I release them into my Light with Love.

I transmute them with my Love

And return them to my Soul, as chosen learning opportunities.

I also release from every cell, every level of my being,

All the negativity that has come into my experience during these times.

All that is not mine,

I release and return with Love.

I give permission to the Light, at this time,

To deal with all the interfering entities,

Their energies,

Their devices,

Who have come into my experience

while exploring fear.

All these negative entities

Who are interfering in my relationship with my partner,

My family,

My friends,

My Soul,

And with Source.

I release these entities and their energies with Love.

Now, breathe deeply, making that your intent.

[Pause]

With each breath that I take,

My energy centers, my energy fields,

Are aligning and clearing with the truth of who I am,

Source, manifest.

I call on my universal, higher Selves

To align and merge with me,

In this reality.

I call on my Source Self

To align and merge with me, in this reality.

With each breath that I take,

I am awakening to my truth.

I radiate from the core of my being,

My Love, my Light, my essence,

Throughout all levels of my energy field,

Pushing out and returning all interfering energies.

I radiate my Love and Light

From the core of my being,

Throughout all levels of my property,

My home,

Pushing out all interfering energies and entities.

I shield my property, my home, with Love.

And I call on my buddies in the Light

And I give you this message,

Your coffee break is over.

I am ready now,

To explore this world

From a loving place.

I call on you to come forward,

To surround us,

To merge with us,

So that our home, our property,

Is a healing, peaceful place.
