Embrace All Aspects of Self

I send this message

To all of my aspects

Who are still exploring fear

I want to thank you for those choices you have made

To experience the darkness,

The pain and suffering that is experienced in the darkness.

The confusion, the anger.

All of you are part of me

We all chose to explore these levels

In order to understand them

Thank you.

Just as I have done no wrong,

In exploring fear,

Neither have any of you.

With all of our combined experiences

We now have the information necessary

To embrace and master these fears we’ve chosen to experience.

There’s no need for us, anymore,

To be separate.

To be disconnected

To be powerless

I merge with the truth of who I am, in this reality,

And I invite each of you to come home, now.

To be free of the fear, the hurt

The anger, the resentment

The guilt, the shame, the hatred

There’s nothing more for us to learn

With our combined experiences,

And the knowledge that affords us

We have all the information necessary, now,

To fulfill our mandate,

Our chosen mandate.

I radiate from the core of my being,

My essence, my Light.

And I enfold all of you in it

I love you.

Thank you.

Now, talk to all of them in your mind even if you’re not consciously aware of all of them. Share with them the fact they’ve done the perfect job. And that it’s time now, to come home and utilize all the gifts from those experiences. It’s time now to awaken to the truth of who they are, aspects of Source.

I embrace in total Love

All of those energies that are causing me discord

In my physical being

In my energy field, on this level.

I embrace and transmute all that is mine in Love,

In acceptance,

And return it to my totality as chosen experiences.

All that is not mine

I release from every cell, every level of my being.

Put your left hand on your solar plexus, your right hand on your second center, just below your bellybutton.

I am a master. I am the Light.
