I open up to my real Self

My loving Self

And I transmute all the negative thoughts and energies that are mine

That interfere with my ability

To be one with my real, awesome, loving Self, day and night.

Self Empowerment

I am Source, manifest.

I am unlimited.

I am all-knowing.

I am indestructible.

I release all the negative thoughts.

All the limiting thought forms

That interfere with my ability

To embrace the truth of who I am,

Without fear.

All that is mine, I embrace in Love,

Throughout all levels of my being.

I transmute it with Love and return it to my totality as chosen experiences.

Bedtime Exercise

I call upon all of my buddies from the realms of Light

To join me here, in my bedroom.

To shield and fill my room with their Love and Light, all night long,

So it is a healing, peaceful space.

I give them permission to assist me in awakening to who I really am,

While I am sleeping and during my day.

I am Love.

I am Light.

I am perfect.

I am totally cool.
